Not at all—you definitely won’t be alone! Every week, we’re blessed to have new folks join us for worship, so you’ll fit right in. As our guest, you don’t have to stress about being singled out. We won’t make a fuss or treat you any differently than anyone else. Just come as you are and worship with us!
We cherish the opportunity to teach children about Jesus in the company of their peers and friends, while emphasizing the importance of parents and kids sharing their faith together. Our worship services bring everyone together in the auditorium. To support young families, we provide a nursery with audio/video of the worship service. Additionally, we have Bible classes tailored to every age group or grade. Visit our Greeters to get assistance in locating a class for yourself or your children.
We want you to feel right at home while worshiping God and leave feeling uplifted! Every Sunday morning, you can expect us to pray, sing, take communion, give, share some good news, and hear a Bible-based message—all packed into about an hour. It’s a great chance to meet people, and if you’re looking to connect on a more personal level, we definitely recommend checking out a Bible class. It’s the perfect way to get to know others in a smaller, more relaxed setting!
At its core, this term reflects a body of Christians who are committed to using the Bible as their sole source of teaching and practice. We believe that true unity among Christians comes from setting aside personal preferences and focusing on what is taught and demonstrated in Scripture.
While all Churches of Christ share this commitment, each congregation operates independently. We aren’t governed by a national council or creed, nor are we part of a denomination. Instead, our congregation is spiritually guided by elders (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9). If you’ve worshiped with another group that identifies as a “Church of Christ,” you might notice differences in teaching or practices. However, we all hold to the shared belief that Christ’s authority and unity for all Christians are rooted in Scripture.
Here are a few great ways to get connected:
We’d love to have you join us!
In Scripture*, the Lord’s Supper, or communion, is a meaningful time for Christians to reflect on Jesus’ life, His sacrifice, and the salvation we receive through Him. It’s also a special moment of fellowship for those in a covenant relationship with Christ, as we share the bread and cup while looking forward to His return.
*(Matthew 26:26-29; Mark 14:22-25; Luke 22:19-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26)
Every Sunday during our worship, we have a chance to give back to God. The funds collected support all kinds of important work—world missions, local outreach, building upkeep, staff support, and a variety of ministries. It’s truly a blessing to witness how God moves through the collective offering of our church family. You’re warmly invited to be part of this, but please know there’s no pressure to participate.
As we’ve mentioned before, our goal is to practice and live according to the teachings and examples found in the New Testament, even though we don’t always get it perfect. In the New Testament, we only see examples of Christians singing, and church history tells us that for the first few centuries, singing was the norm. That’s why we’ve chosen to follow that example. If you’re new, don’t stress if you don’t know the songs or feel like singing isn’t your strong suit—there’s something truly uplifting about everyone participating together!
